Addiction Recovery Programs - Virtual and In Person
SOS provides Intensive Outpatient -IOP- (9- 20 hrs per week), Partial Hospitalization -PHP- (20-36 hrs per week) and flexible Outpatient Group and Individual Addiction Counseling as the focal services for clients maintaining a recovery program and/or seeking stabilization from a recent relapse.
Our clients enjoy our family style non-judgemental treatment sessions that are centered on issues that are unique to those in recovery such as stress management, trauma survival, thought stopping techniques, family crisis, craving management and more.
Individual sessions are client centered and directed towards goals specific to each individual's unique recovery aspirations. We work closely to help reduce, remove and acknowledge addictive behaviors that contribute to relapse and co-occuring disorders.
Clients who successfully complete 90 days of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) are honored with a special graduation ceremony as they transition into our Outpatient Program (OP). We celebrate your progress and continued commitment to recovery.

Grief & Trauma Therapy
Life can bring experiences that shake us to our core — the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a sudden accident, abuse, or any event that leaves a lasting emotional wound. Grief and trauma are deeply human experiences, yet they can feel profoundly isolating, as though no one else could possibly understand the weight you are carrying.
Grief is the natural response to loss — and loss comes in many forms. It is not limited to death. You may grieve a marriage, a friendship, a job, your health, or even a version of yourself you once knew. Grief has no timeline and no “right” way to feel. Some days may bring sadness, others anger, numbness, or unexpected moments of peace. All of it is valid.
Trauma, on the other hand, occurs when an experience overwhelms our ability to cope — leaving the mind and body stuck in a state of fear, helplessness, or pain long after the event has passed. Trauma can show up as flashbacks, nightmares, emotional numbness, difficulty trusting others, or a constant sense of being on edge. Left unaddressed, trauma can quietly affect every area of life — your relationships, your work, your sense of self, and your overall well-being.
Grief and trauma therapy provides a safe, judgment-free space to process what you have been through at your own pace. Our compassionate therapists use evidence-based approaches to help you make sense of your experiences, release what no longer serves you, and begin to rebuild a life that feels whole again. Healing does not mean forgetting — it means learning to carry your story in a way that no longer holds you back.
You deserve support. You deserve healing. And you do not have to do it alone.
